Temperley London offers a 14-day return period for all full-priced items provided they are returned in their original condition with all security tags attached. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible for our global clientele.
Request a Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Schedule a Collection
Book a complimentary collection with our preferred courier using the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
